We're Back!
We'r back! We rolled in around 2pm this afternoon from spending time with my sister and her family in Georgia this week. We didn't do that much, but the lounge time was perfect. Forrest and Nate were inseparable and so was Sadie and Sophia. Mary Kate and I made a decision long ago that our children will have a relationship with one another since we didn't have one with our cousins growing up. All the miles and hours we have spent with each other over the years have paid off! We all got haircuts while we were there. Sad that we have to drive four hours for a cut, but MK has discovered this awesome lady at the spa last year and this was my second time to go with her. She does a great job! Sadie had her hair chopped into a beautiful stack. She walked out of the salon looking like a young lady she is becoming. Forrest got an inch cut off. He would have preferred not to have scissors to his hair at all. It's good to be back. Carhartt was so excited to see us and so was George.

I'm glad you posted after you got back! Sadie's hair looks great and Fo's looks nice, not shaggy. You should have put a picture of yourself up too. I'm so happy you live close enough to visit regularly. I knew my cousins because they lived in Florance. They were cousins on my dad's side. We went to Jasper regularly, but with mother being the youngest, I had no cousins my age. Glad you're back! Mary Lou's operation is this morning. I'm worried for her. Thanks for the pink background! I noticed it immediately!
Glad you had a great time. Sadie's hair looks great!! I love it.
Amy
Forrest...did you save your hair for a donation to Locks of Love? ;) It looks nice.
So sorry that you and Ryan didn't get a chance to get together while you were here!!! :( That will be fun if you can go to scout camp with Ryan this summer.
Sadi's hair looks nice too. Show us yours, Trudy.
Come back this summer. Maybe we can scrapbook together at M Kate's house. Of course I can't begin to keep up with you, but that's ok.
Sniff, sniff, I hated to see you leave but not as bad as Fia and Nate! It made me hurt for them! Just makes me want to vome for a visit real soon! i will plan one this summer where I can spend a week(don't tell Richard...he would be so LONELY! but he could paint while we are away! ha) so we can wear Granny and grampie out and the kids can spend the night at your house!
I love my sister-my best friend!!Thanks again for driving here to visit and sorry that we were so busy but it was nice that you were here because you made me relax!!
