We are working on preparing the night before for school and since we didn't need to be at church last night, we had plenty of time to prepare, right? Forrest gets up this morning and has a pair of cargo shorts on. "I have no pants" he tells me. What? I have bought him two pairs of Levis this month! He had a clean pair of light blue jeans, but he insisted he couldn't wear them because "I already wore them this week". He said one pair of pants "flooded" when he sat down. I made the comment that the pants I have on this morning floods. His reply? "But you're a girl!" When did he all of a sudden become the host of "What Not to Wear"? This is my son who wears blue jeans and a t-shirt. He hates to shop. Where did all this fasion talk come from? It never mattered before. I guess with the acknowledgement that girls are not all that evil, he is becoming more self-concious about what he wears. When he left this morning, guess what I found in his closet. A clean pair of Levis!

Does "flooded" mean that they are too long?? I guess you'll have to help him get dressed in the AM mom, if he hasn't gotten ready the night before!
Too funny! Of course you found some clean jeans after he left. LOL!
Ryan prefers khaki cargo style pants. He's not too particular, but doesn't really like jeans much. He has been known to put some clean clothes in the hamper rather than hang them up...so much quicker, ya know? Silly boys! ;-)
I wish Forest's birthday was earlier so he and Ryan could room together at EFY this summer. We'll have to shoot for next summer.
Sorry about missing an 'r' in Forrest's name- oops
